The work done for Master Coach contemplated a comprehensive development, since it covered three fundamental areas:
- Strategic basis
- Branding
- Informational/ecommerce web development
- Social media
Strategic basis
The strategic base is the fundamental piece in any company that wants to compete in the market in a differentiated way, offering a unique and exclusive value proposition that differentiates it from its competitors. For Master Coach we worked on improving the vision that was had in the medium term, defining objectives to be met within certain time frames and defining its target audience, based on its long history and experience -which generates extensive data-, which ended up taking shape in a strategy model that balanced the company's expectations with the reality of the market.
Branding
Branding is the second important step in the development of a brand, after the strategic foundation, as it defines what face you will have in front of the public and how the market will recognize you. The work carried out here starts from what was proposed in the strategy modeling, also understanding how the general public perceives the company. This was the result:
Web development
Next in the plan was web development, since this channel would be the one to target advertising, both on social media and Google Ads. This is why it had to have two important functions:
- To be an informative website that shows in detail the services offered, the trajectory and history of the brand and clearly presents its value proposition.
- Have an e-commerce that facilitates the acquisition of services by customers.

Social media
Last but not least, we are responsible for - and have been responsible for - the company's social connection. This includes the management of its social networks and advertising campaigns, both on social networks and on Google Ads.
